Carriers may charge extra to these areas. Shipping costs to international destinations are charged at £18.50 for orders less than £100 and for orders more than £100 it is 17.5% of your total order value. Please note – for international orders, where actual shipping costs are significantly different to the value stated at checkout we will contact you.
Urgent Orders
GASP can send urgent orders within 3 days, but there may be a surcharge. Just let us know when the goods are required by as you order and we will endeavour to fulfil your needs.
Returns Policy
We want our customers to be happy with everything they buy from us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of the original purchase date. All that we ask is that the goods are returned in their original condition. On receipt of the goods we will issue a refund for the full purchase price excluding the original delivery charges (unless the goods are deemed to be faulty or have been delivered in error).
*Please note that the following items are excluded from our standard Returns Policy and must be returned unopened and unused within 7 days of the original purchase date: Calibration gas, NicAlert and TobacAlert. Customised products are non returnable.
To return an item please contact our Customer Services team to obtain a returns form. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, enclose the completed returns form, and attach the address label supplied on the form. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you have received incorrect or damaged goods, please contact Customer Services within 3days of receiving the goods, quoting your order number, to arrange a replacement or refund.
